Mr Frometa was born March 5, 1954 in Santo Domingo, . He is the son of the late José and the late Casta (Mella) Frometa. He married KathleenVollkommer. He served in the Navy during the Vietnam war from 1970 to 1974. He was employed by Hornbeck Offshore, Covington, LA as a Master Captain. Beloved husband of Kathleen and devoted father of Damian.
